15 Minute Meal: Stir-Fry It!

Are you craving a tasty, homemade meal but on the run all day? If the answer is yes, pull out your wok or deep frying pan to whip up a quick stir-fry (15 minutes to be exact), and prepare it a day ahead for lunch or dinner. You can use any vegetables that satisfies your appetite and voila! Small confession, vegetable stir-fry happens to be one of my favorite dishes of all times. Championing vegetable dishes and recipes comes very easy to me because they’re so good for your body.

Ingredients: Cauliflower, Kale, Carrots, Red Bell Pepper, Ginger and Garlic. Use a little or a lot!

Seasonings: Fresh Lemon Juice, Braggs Amino Acid, Sea Salt, Fresh Ground Pepper, Cayenne & Tumeric.

Oils: Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil & Grapeseed Oil are perfect oils to use when stir-frying.

As stated on an earlier recipe post, I generally cook by feeling, so have no hesitation to season as you see fit, but ALWAYS go easy on the salt. This 15 minute stir-fry is DELIGHTFUL—Girls Scouts Honor! The mix of vegetables and flavors were supreme to me. Enjoy it.
